A reimagining of an existing post-modern office building situated in the heart of Westminster directly adjacent to the Page Street Conservation Area. We stripped back the over-elaborate ornamentation of the former design to ensure Great Minster House reflected the Edwardian Mansion blocks typical of the area.
Designed by award-winning local architect EPR, Great Minster House is a thoughtful reimagining of an existing building. EPR’s mission was to strip out all over-elaborate ornamentation of the existing design so that the building echoed the elegant Edwardian mansion blocks typical of the area. They achieved this by using quality materials and incorporating subtle layers of detail within the façade design
Central to the design ethos at Great Minster House is individuality, with every layout carefully thought out to provide residents with flexible, adaptable space. A high specification with regards to fixtures and fittings from some of the most respected brands and trusted manufacturers has been used throughout.
Away from the iconic landmarks and well-trodden tourist trails, Westminster is a desired residential neighbourhood, with a surprisingly village-like atmosphere. A walk around the leafy streets reveals traditional London pubs, discreet private clubs, boutique shops, a range of restaurants and a number of highly sought-after schools.
