    We've lived in Hall Gardens for just over three years and had two children in the time we've lived here. We feel really lucky to have found such a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood to live in and raise our children. 

     

    The property is deceptively spacious and bright with well proportioned spaces. As well as a large master bedroom there is a good sized double second bedroom. We've really enjoyed having access straight out to the garden from the lounge, we love the garden with it’s variety of small trees and shrubs lining the borders including an abundant supply of raspberries for around half the year! The benefit of owning a double drive has also been an excellent advantage.  

     

    We're really close to the shops and all the bus routes (the high street and supermarkets are under a 5 minute walk), the doctor's surgery is right next door and Chase Lane park and Chase Lane Primary School are the next road over. Being on the doorstep of the beautiful Epping forest with so many amazing places to discover and explore has also given us some unforgettable memories.
     

    We're now moving on as we need a bit more space for our growing kids.
