I have my Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management as required by ARLA and looking at obtaining my letters back this spring. I also have been seeking opportunities to study my NAEA Level 3 in Sales or potentially in Facility Asset Management.
I have worked on small commercial units and as lettings strategist for new build developments in north Liverpool one a 32-bedroom housing site and another an 84-unit apartment block and am keen to get involved again with some exciting developments such as these.
