The centre of Kingston is mainly pedestrian and full of busy retail, restaurants, cafes and leisure activities to support the bustling atmosphere of the centre. As an ancient market town, Kingston still hosts a market in the centre of town, with products including jewellery, fish, exotic foods, local foods and flowers. With bars, restaurants and pubs lining the River Thames in Kingston, there is loads of opportunity for outdoor socialising and relishing the river views. There is something for everyone in Kingston, with museums, galleries, cinemas, eateries and a bowling alley also.
