Our offices are not separate branches operating under a head office. Instead, each office is an independently operated business supported by a regional office that organises network-wide events, facilitates training, provides IT infrastructure, rolls out national marketing campaigns, and ensures that all use of the RE/MAX logo is brand compliant.
This means that each office and franchise owner has the freedom to make their own business decisions independently. Our Regional Support Office does not get involved in the day-to-day running of an office and does not extend influence over how the office chooses to run its businesses unless it is tarnishing the overall reputation of the RE/MAX brand or is in breach of the RE/MAX Franchise Agreement.
RE/MAX was able to become the largest real estate franchise in the world owing to our unique business model. Providing individuals the opportunity to be in business for themselves but not by themselves is what attracts so many to not only join but remain with the brand for the rest of their careers.
