This northern suburb in the city of Bristol is one of the most affluent areas to live in the area. With a population of around 10,000 residents, this Bristol region is a hot spot for those visiting and buying in the area. There are plenty of conveniences in the region, notably local newsagents, bakeries, a library, supermarkets and a cinema. There are also cricket and tennis clubs that are popular with adults and children alike. The Old Quarry Park is the hub of the community, with people of all ages enjoying the play area, seating and nature, walking their dogs, running or gathering with friends.

A very friendly, in-depth market appraisal.
