Penn is an area that sits in both the City of Wolverhampton and South Staffordshire. There is often confusion about which exact areas fall within Penn, but there is no argument that the two historic settlements of Upper and Lower Penn are the core of the area. The area to the east of Penn Road and around St Bartholomew’s church is referred to as Upper Penn, and the village within South Staffordhsire, and around St Anne’s church, is lower penn. Our estate agents love Penn for its community feel and close proximity to the city.

A very friendly, in-depth market appraisal. Lots of information was provided about the reason for the valuation and advice on what improvements should or shouldn’t be made if planning to sell the house soon.
